These videos have been helpful for me in understanding stop motion techniques better, I find the making of the puppets an interesting process, although our puppets will not be made of latex some of the techniques used could be useful when we make Nut and Bolt.

Making of The BoxTrolls
I watched the Making of video for the Box Trolls, it is a long video but worth the watch, it gave me an idea as to how big companies make something like stopmotion a plausible way to produce a feature length film. I am more appreciative of the amount of work that goes into these types of movies.

The Snowman BDM103
The Snowman, By Kelly Wilson was involved in a copyright infringement case when Disney's Frozen trailer was released and showed parallels to the short animated film. Because of this case Disney had been unable to start the production of Frozen's sequel. The case was dismissed without prejudice in June of this year with Disney deciding to settle the case outside of court with undisclosed terms.
